120-Days Before Sailing - Know Before You Go (Virgin Voyages)

Things you need to do before you sail:
Make final payment by December 13, 2025.
Due Date: The remaining balance, including all taxes and fees, must be paid in full 120 days prior to the departure date.
Automatic Payments: If you saved a credit card to your account during booking, Virgin Voyages is authorized to automatically charge that card for the remaining balance on the due date.
Manual Payments: If you did not save a credit card or used a third-party payment option, you are solely responsible for ensuring the payment is made by the deadline. You can make payments online via your account on the Virgin Voyages website.
Consequences of Missed Payment: Failure to pay the remaining balance by the 120-day mark may result in the cancellation of your booking. Your initial deposit may be non-refundable and converted to a Future Voyage Credit, depending on the fare option you selected and how close you are to the sail date.
Flexpay Option: Virgin Voyages offers a Flexpay option that allows you to pay over time in installments, even after your final payment date has passed, depending on your eligibility and terms.

The Virgin Voyages Sailor App is the simplest way to prepare for your journey. It's your main tool for online check-in, booking restaurants, Shore Things, and completing your pre-voyage Health Check. When you're on the ship and connected to the ship's Wi-Fi, the App allows you to view daily itineraries, book spa treatments, participate in onboard activities, manage your folio to view your Bar Tab, order Ship Eats, Shake for Champagne, and much more. Complete your online check-in
Complete online check-in on the Virgin Voyages App for a smooth terminal experience. Make sure all travel mates are named and checked in at least 2 weeks before sailing for verification.
Loyalty Program

Sailing Club members receive personalized support before you board and throughout your journey. Whether you have questions, need assistance with reservations, or require any other support, the Sailing Club staff will be there to cater to your needs.

Enjoy free-flowing drinks and create unforgettable memories while celebrating your voyage in style. *Note: If you are sailing with a cabin mate who isn’t part of the club, they are eligible to go to the event.
Look out for a letter in your cabin for when this will be on your voyage, typically it will be at 5:30PM midway through your voyage.

Enjoy the convenience of having a bag of laundry taken care of during your voyage.
7. One Coffee Credit Per Day
You’ll receive one coffee credit per sailor, redeemable at Grounds Club, Grounds Club Too or applicable bars & restaurants. Note: Alcoholic coffee cocktails not included and you can't use this perk at Ship Eats: Room Service.
